Greg started Inline Computer and Communications from his garage in 1988.  Inline has since grown to one of the top Managed Service Providers in Southeastern Washington.  Greg loves working with local businesses in the community, helping them take their business to new heights!

Greg loves to take time with his wife and daughter while snowboarding and looks for any chance that he can to take out the boat in the Tri-Cities summer sun.

Operations Manager

Ken started working with Inline in 2017, and is currently the Operations Manager.  Ken takes care of all compliance matters related to HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, NIST, etc.  Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business – Information Technology Management from Western Governor’s University.  Ken is also PMP (Project Management Professional) certified by the Project Management Institute.  

Ken enjoys wood working, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Dillon

Project engineer

Dillon started working at Inline in 2021 and is working as a Project Engineer. Dillon spent 4 years in the Army serving as a Combat Engineer until he was injured in Afghanistan. After his Military service he was a Diesel Technician for 3 years and then a Corrections Officer for the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. With the injuries he received he decided that a new career in the I.T. world was best for him. Dillon is currently going to South New Hampshire University to earn his Associates Degree in Information Technology.

Dillon has lived in the Columbia Basin area most of his whole life. Dillon likes to spend his free time watching movies with his family, finding new trails to ride, and spending time with his friends.

Project Engineer

Gary started working with Inline in 2018, and is currently working as a Senior Project Engineer. Gary received his Associates Degree in Computer Science from Iowa Central College before joining Inline.  Prior to that, he has worked in Sales and Restaurant Management.

Gary enjoys cooking for friends and family and is always trying to make something new.  During his free time, Gary and his family like to get away into the mountains for fly fishing, camping, and capturing nature with his camera.

Joel

Support Engineer

Joel started working at Inline in 2022 and is currently working in a helpdesk role. Joel received his Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security from Columbia Basin College.  Before working for Inline, Joel worked in video production creating marketing videos for local businesses.

In his free time, Joel loves to write and record music, play games with friends, and spend time with his wife finding new recipes to cook and new places to travel.

David Hutchens Photo

Telecom Engineer

David started working at Inline in 2017, and is currently working as a Telecom Engineer.  David is an Alabama native that has lived in the Tri-Cities since 1994 after serving in the US Navy aboard the USS Carl Vinson. After working in several industries David found one he was passionate about in telecom. He has over 20 years in the telecom industry and has experience with everything from cabling to the latest VOIP telephone systems.

David is an active member of the Tri-Cities Astronomy Club and enjoys going out with his telescopes as the weather permits.

Shain

Support Engineer

Shain started working with Inline in 2022 and is currently working as a Help Desk Support Engineer. Shain received his Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security from Columbia Basin College in 2019. Prior to working at Inline, Shain was a Data Center Assistant Manager at a data center for local businesses.

During his free time, Shain enjoys playing board games, hiking, paddle boarding and weekends out camping. In an effort to further develop his skillset, Shain is actively exploring opportunities for pursuing a Master’s degree.

Jeremy

Support Engineer

Jeremy started working for Inline in 2022 and is currently working as a Help Desk Technician.  He spent the last 10 years working as an insurance agent.   He has since decided to take up a career in I.T.   He is currently enrolled in CIAT working towards getting Network+ and Security+ certifications and more. 

In his free time he enjoys being with his family and friends watching movies, playing games, BBQing and traveling.  He enjoys being outside in summer as much as possible, camping and fishing.  One of his favorite things is having bonfires in his back yard during the winter months.  

 

Mark

Support Engineer

A graduate of Wenatchee High School, Mark moved to Spokane in 1990 and worked as a broadcast journalist in the Lilac City and later in Pasco for 20 years. The field of Information Technology piqued his interest, and he left broadcasting to work IT for various businesses. Mark has a bachelor’s degree in information technology at Western Governors University and has settled in the Tri-Cities, working as a Support Desk Engineer for Inline Computer and Communications. 

He has three beautiful children who’ve grown to be amazing young women. Mark likes to spend time enjoying the great outdoors, disc golfing, fishing, hiking, and camping.
